  • Role: Developed deep learning-based real-time monitoring method for real-world gas turbines in combined cycle power plant

  • Project: Development Of Elevator Operation Management Technology Based On Predictive Preservation (annually $150,000 for 1 yr.)
  • Role: Developed a novel fault detection and prediction method for elevator door motors

Department of Infrastructure Safety Research

Korea Institute of Civil Engineering and Building Technology

Intern (Jan 2020 - Feb 2020)

  • Project: Development of mobile non-destructive testing devices for detecting faults at pre-stressed concrete of bridge
  • Role: Designed the hardware of the devices with AutoCAD, adjusted the design by using 3D printing, produced the NDT device with a solenoid, and validated the NDT device with experiments


Teaching Experiences

ADVANCED COMPUTER-AIDED DESIGN

  • Provided lessons to 30 graduate students with the CAD (CATIA) practice class for a semester

DYNAMICS AND CONTROL EXPERIMENT

  • Assisted the experiment class by preparing and arranging the training devices including oscilloscope and circuits for a semester

Volunteer works and Donations

GAYANG 7 COMPREHENSIVE SOCIAL WELFARE CENTER (May 2018 – Feb 2019)

  • Volunteered at the local soup kitchen located in the poor area every weekend, for 142 hours in total.
  • Prepared for a free meal, packed, and delivered lunch boxes for underprivileged people suffering from impaired mobility, and managed new-coming volunteers

MAKE-A-WISH FOUNDATION (Apr 2019 – Aug 2019)

  • Volunteered for a child with incurable disease for 25 hours.
  • Visited her residence and get along together every week for her emotional stability

KOREA FOOD FOR THE HUNGRY INTERNATIONAL (KFHI) (Jul 2018)
